- 6 years of technical expertise on Salesforce.com, using Force.com Apex, Visual Force, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Ant, and using these tools with Salesforce.com.
- At least 1 year of experience in Salesforce LWC (Lightning Web Components)
- Hands-on experience with customization (Apex Triggers, Classes & Visual Force)
- Strong with configuration, customization, programming with Apex APIs, Apex Triggers, Workflows with actions, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com's best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, and limitations is required.
- Plans, designs, develops and maintains multiple complex salesforce implementations. Responsible for relationship and quality of offshore programming efforts
- Collaborate across multiple scrum teams; Follow development, testing, and deployment practices that are leading edge on the Salesforce platform.
- Analyzes problems, conducts root cause analysis, helps resolve problems using defined problem management procedures, and helps support and maintain customer applications.
- Experience with at least full life cycle implementations on Salesforce.com with 500+ user licenses.
- Ability to work independently on assignments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Software development methodologies, design, and architectural patterns
- Work closely with QA to review test plans and test cases and ensure the quality of the team's deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous customer service. Ability to effectively present information.
