Sr. Advisor - Search Engine Optimization SEO with PMP

Location: PIDC Madhapur Hyderabad

We are looking for a mid to senior person who with business guidance, can provide recommended plan and execute against the plan.

The Support Search Operations Sr. Advisor is a key member of the Technology team and helps shape, guide and manage the evolution of the Support Site.

This person works closely with business, technology, offer and product leaders.

Responsibilities

1.           Manage the daily search operations of the support experience of our customers, partners, and employees by improving relevance

2.           Perform keyword research in coordination with global business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new/gapped opportunities

3.           Provide recommendations and execute internal / external global strategies for content development in coordination with search and SEO goals – general and keyword specific

4.           Perform competitive analysis, identifying gaps in our content or areas of improvement in our web design and advising on search best practices

5.           Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments

6.           Identifies and drives key strategic enhancements to the support site to deliver best in class search results

7.           Collaborates with subject matter experts, IT teams, and content teams to identify content gaps and opportunities

8.           Deliver ongoing training to IT, operations, programs, and content producers in the Support & Deployment Services organization

9.           Defines the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that will be used to measure search success and delivers dashboards to measure progress

10.        Drives business needs for IT capabilities for site platform and content management systems supporting search

11.        Respond to online service issues in a timely fashion to minimize the impact to customers - Participate in testing, deployment, tracking and maintenance activities

Required

1.           Extensive understanding of search best practices, technologies, and industry tools

2.           Expert understanding of top search engines including Google, Bing, Baidu, Yahoo, for a global customer base

3.           Industry knowledge of standard search KPIs and measurement systems

4.           Expertise in utilizing keyword tools and analysis systems, strong understanding of page performance and impact to the mobile experience

5.           Ability to identify potential process weaknesses and able to provide corrective guidance and improvement recommendations. Able to drive complex problem-solving strategies across functional organizations.

6.           Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs / projects simultaneously; setting priorities and working independently under aggressive timelines.

7.           6+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Master’s degree.

Preferred

1.           Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred

2.           Experience working with industry SEO tools (such as Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, BrightEdge, semrush, conductor

3.           Create and implement backlink and other off-site optimizations

4.           Assist in maintaining technical site health, including redirects and schema

5.           Gather and analyze competitor data

6.           Experience working with site and offline search tools (such as Coveo, LucidWorks and Elastic)
