Job Title: Public Relations Executive, On-site, PIDC, Hyderabad

 

Job Description:

As a Public Relations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the public perception and promoting the positive image of the individuals, groups, or organizations we represent. You will utilize your wide-ranging capabilities in communications and marketing to strategically craft messages, engage with the media, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include drafting speeches, arranging interviews for top executives, and evaluating advertising and promoting programs to ensure alignment with our public relations efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Draft speeches and coordinate customer interviews for our top executives to effectively communicate key messages.

·       Evaluate advertising and promotion programs to determine their compatibility with our public relations strategies and goals.

·       Create and maintain a favorable public image for our clients through strategic communication initiatives.

·       Utilize various methods, including publicity, promotion, and persuasion tactics, to help our organization progress toward its goals.

·       Take ownership of execution tasks for 2-3 client programs, managing budgets, timelines, and plans to ensure successful outcomes.

·       Translate overarching strategies into actionable tactics, ensuring deliverables align closely with our strategic objectives.

·       Proactively support and suggest improvements to exceed client expectations, leveraging your industry knowledge and experience.

 

Qualifications: 

· Minimum of 5 years experience working as a PR Executive with a proven track record of success.

·       Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

·       Solid knowledge of the IT industry.

·       Exceptional networking, negotiation, and coordination skills.

·       Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

·       Analytical thinker capable of formulating insights and making strategic decisions.

·       Experience in people management and building internal and external relationships.
