· A/P bill processing, payment reconciliation

· Bank Entries and Reconciliation

· Credit Card Entries and Reconciliation

· Payroll Processing, Payroll Journal Entries and Reconciliation

· Invoicing

· A/R Aging and Collections

· General Ledger - Accruals, Prepayments, Deferred Revenue, Depreciation

· Prepare financial statements

· Possibly preparing US tax reports 

Good personality with leadership skills. Ability to lead the accounting department for both the US and India.

Project cost accounting experience

Needs to understand staffing billing and payroll for IT Organization.
