Job Overview

PRS Neurosciences is seeking a Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, and providing information about our products and services. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with the opportunity for growth and development within the company. We are particularly interested in candidates with less than 1 year of experience as we believe in providing opportunities to freshers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language
• Good listening and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products and services
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly
• Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve set targets for call volume and conversion rate
• Generate leads and identify potential customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to the management team
