Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at PRS Neurosciences. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in the field.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in Karnataka, India
• 1-3 years of experience in assessing and treating communication and swallowing disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapy techniques
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide speech therapy to improve language, articulation, and swallowing skills
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
• Educate patients and their families on techniques to improve communication and swallowing abilities
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions
