Job Overview

A mid-level position for a SoC Verification Engineer is open at Proxelera. The role is based in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and is full-time. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in System On A Chip (SoC) (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in Verilog, a hardware description language, used extensively for circuit design
• Competence in SystemVerilog for design and verification of hardware components
• Knowledge of SystemC and its application in modeling and simulation of systems
• Experience in SoC Integration, bringing various components together to function seamlessly
• Familiarity with OVM (Open Verification Methodology) for improved verification processes
• Expertise in UVM (Universal Verification Methodology) for robust and scalable verification frameworks
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute verification plans for System On A Chip (SoC) designs and ensure they meet the required specifications
• Collaborate closely with design teams to bring up SoC components and integrate them effectively
• Create and maintain testbenches, test cases, and test suites using Verilog, SystemVerilog, and SystemC
• Utilize OVM and UVM methodologies to streamline the verification process and ensure high-quality output
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SoC integration and verification
• Prepare and present verification reports and documentation for internal reviews and client meetings, as needed
• Continuously improve verification processes through innovative techniques and tools
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance as required
