Job Overview

We are looking for a mid-level RTL Engineer to join our dynamic team at Proxelera. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RTL coding and design, and proven experience with ASIC, CDC, Linting, Verilog, EDA tools, and VHDL.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in RTL coding (Mandatory skill)
• Expertise in RTL Design (Mandatory skill)
• Strong knowledge of ASIC design flow including design, synthesis, and verification
• Understanding of CDC (Clock Domain Crossing) issues and methodologies
• Experience with linting tools and techniques to ensure code quality
• In-depth knowledge of Verilog for digital design
• Familiarity with various EDA tools used in the semiconductor industry
• Proficiency in VHDL for hardware description and design

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop RTL designs according to specifications and project requirements
• Perform functional simulation and verification of RTL designs
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including designers, verification engineers, and project managers
• Resolve complex design and verification issues efficiently
• Enhance and optimize existing RTL code for improved performance and lower power consumption
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Participate in design and architecture reviews and provide technical guidance
• Work closely with the test engineering team to support ASIC bring-up and validation
