Key Roles &Responsibilities

·      Hands on experience in handling Consumer, PLA, High Court and Insurance Ombudsman related litigation.

·      Experience in drafting replies/Evidences pertaining to Consumer Complaints, High Court, PLA, Civil court matters and SCNs in Ombudsman Matters.

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

·      Graduate/Post Graduate in Law.

Key Requirements - Experience &Skills

·      Conversant with the Insurance related litigations.

·      Proficient in basic excel, PPT and MS Office

·      Data Management, MIS updation.

·      Good Liasioning skills and hands on experience in dealing with external stakeholders viz. lawyers, vendors, customers etc.
