D) Qualifications : Any degree / MBA / Marketing
Da) CTC: 5-6 LPA
E) Experience : 2 - 5 Yrs of Sales experience
F) Job Summary For ND / RD (Internal Agency ) :
The role is primarily responsible for maximizing sales for the master brand, Mutual Fund Sales Company, by planning and implementing organization strategies/activities to achieve the given targets through the set of assigned distributors .
G) Critical Skills Required :

Technical - Product Knowledge, presentation skills
Target oriented with proper adherence to compliance

H) Role Purpose:
Role is to maximize sales by planning and implementing organization strategies/activities to achieve the given targets through the set of assigned National / Regional Distributors
Internal Focus - Branch Service Operations, Channel team
External Focus - Distributors, Investors
I) Key Accountabilities :
- Responsible for Sales through NDs / RDs asigned to him
- Responsible for advising the distributors on suitable product as per the requirement of their Investor, to be able to analyze the asset allocation of distributors to customize the approach in accordance for focused selling
- Visibility with the distributors through Telephone calls, one to one meeting, regular dissemination of marketing material (Fact sheets, Brouchers), mailers, group meetings with distributor RM/clients of distributors
- Should be completely updated on the various products and markets situation and scenario
- Responsible for Distributor Servicing for the assigned distributors
- Should be sensitive to their needs in terms of Product Updates, Query resolution and ensure proper follow up etc.
- Take steps for development of long term relationship/association with the key/potential distributors in order to generate repetitive business
- Should be able to close the sales call by working closely with more experienced sales representative in case of need required
- Responsible for maintaining the data of all the distributors assigned, find out the strategies to counter the competition in the market
- Create awareness & for building brand by organizing events, conferences, product sessions for distributors for top-of-the-mind recall
- Ensuring that the distributors are trained on all products and Operational procedures and Informed on the Regulatory Changes on regular basis
- Soft skills training in terms of Communication, Motivation etc. for distributors specially for smaller / one man location
