Designation: Regional Legel Manager (Business)


Location : Bangalore and Hubli


Maximum CTC UPTO : 15L 


Experience : 8 to 10 years in legel (Non -litigation)



Roles and Responsibilities


To manage branches of respective states (travelling will be involved).

Must have experience in non-litigation.

Will be responsible for due diligence of property papers.

Will be responsible for all legal compliances and security creation.

Tracking of property papers.

Providing legal trainings to all verticals like sales, credit and DO.

Vendor management.

Responsible to provide legal deviation as per company policy.


Qualifications


Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

LLB / LLM


Candidate who are working into Non-Litigation and have experience in NBFC or Financial Sector.
