JOB DESCRIPTION

                              SALES PRODUCTION

o   Plan on a weekly, monthly and annual basis 

o   Executing the plan accurately

o   Daily calling for Appointments to set meetings for new prospective clients

o   Meeting and presenting products to new prospects

o   Follow-up with the existing Prospects to convert them to new Clients

o   Conducting Marketing Activity for new leads

o   Analyze MIS reports and take action to improve business

LEARNING EXPECTATIONS

o   Thorough understanding of the product and process

o   Writing of daily reports and analyzing the same

o   Checking the quality of daily activity and making improvements

SKILLS, QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

·        Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University

·        Minimum of one year experience in outdoor Sales

·        Good communication skills (both oral and written)

·        Good analytical and arithmetical skills

·        Ability to conduct marketing activities

·        Positive attitude, Persistent and Competence to work under pressure.

BUSINESS OBJECTIVE (in a calendar year)

·        25 Number of policies with a Collected Premium of AED.200.000 (2nd year 90% retention)
