JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Purpose: This job role is responsible for Team handling, Responsible for handling DSA / Channel Partners
Functional Responsibilities: (1) Build & execute the sales & distribution strategy of the organization for affordable home loans
(2) Responsible for acquisition and achieving numbers, build a sustainable & cost-effective business origination /sourcing model to originate good quality portfolio
(3) Responsible for generating NTB business from open market
(4) The role of the City Head requires a deep understanding of the geography, segmentation, competition and distribution across the city
(5) Knowledge of digital technology, CRM, industry knowledge & market intelligence is must
(6) Creating a demand funnel using partnership, alternate channels for lead generation
(7) Management of collections part of the business and strong control on NPA and Pre-NPA reduction
(8) Driving cross sell revenue with the portfolio i e Insurance, payment & banking products etc
(9) Responsible for managing DSA & City's profitability with focus on managing cost to income Ratio
