Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced NABL Quality Manager to oversee and maintain our quality management system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our laboratory meets all NABL accreditation requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Develop and implement laboratory quality policies and procedures to comply with NABL accreditation requirements.

2) Ensure the implementation and maintenance of laboratory quality systems.

3) Provide guidance and training to laboratory staff on quality-related matters.

4) Manage the NABL accreditation process, including document preparation, review, and submission to NABL for assessment.

5) Collaborate with laboratory management to develop quality objectives and targets.

6) Ensure that laboratory records are maintained in compliance with NABL requirements.

7) Provide support to external audits and inspections, including coordination of necessary documentation and staff training.

8) Keep up-to-date with changes in NABL requirements and communicate these changes to the laboratory staff.

Qualifications and Skills:

1) Bachelor's (Civil) or Master's (Geotech) degree

2) At least 2 years of experience working in a NABL-accredited laboratory.

3) Knowledge of NABL accreditation requirements, including ISO/IEC 17025.

4) Experience with quality management systems and internal auditing.

5) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6) Ability to work independently and collaboratively with laboratory staff and management.

7) Attention to detail and accuracy.
