Job Description
-Recruiting or sourcing experience for a search firm/or in-house talent acquisition team.
- Deep knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools.
-Experience sourcing technical talent required.
- Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, business partners and candidates.
- Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
- Knowledge of social media and professional networks
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently. Team player and positive attitudes are a must.
- Knowledge of competitive market mapping and Talent Market research.
Responsibilities
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g., job application and onboarding processes)
- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
-Sourcing at scale via hiring events, continuous pipelining projects, and other methods.
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g., social recruiting and Boolean searches)
- Research and choose job advertising options
- Recommend ways to improve the employer brand
- Coordinate with department managers and clients to forecast future hiring needs
- Stay up to date on labor legislation and inform recruiters about changes in regulations.
-Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals and other partners.
