Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team, located in Nanakramguda Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions to ensure a productive and cohesive work environment.


Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in human resources management, with a proven record of successful HR practices.
  • Talent Acquisition (Mandatory skill) is essential, with a strong ability to identify and attract top-tier talent.
  • Experience in Payroll Processing (Mandatory skill) to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements to employees.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Relations to foster a positive employer-employee relationship.
  • Proficiency in Performance Management Systems to support and enhance employee performance initiatives.
  • Ability to administer Compensation and Benefits effectively, ensuring competitive and equitable packages.
  • Solid knowledge of Labor Law Compliance to ensure the company adheres to all legal requirements.
  • Experience with Statutory Compliance to maintain records and implement necessary regulatory policies.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process to meet current and future staffing needs for the organization.
  • Administer payroll and ensure the compliance of salary disbursements with company policies.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems that align with organizational goals.
  • Handle employee relations issues with tact and sensitivity, promoting a harmonious work environment.
  • Design and administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, adapting HR policies as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory compliance requirements and oversee implementations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to resolve HR-related queries and challenges effectively.
