We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Financial district Hyderabad. As a senior-level position, the ideal candidate will have up to 10 years of relevant experience in accounting practices and financial management. This is a full-time role with responsibilities encompassing a variety of accounting functions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in budgeting with the ability to prepare, manage, and oversee company budgets.
• Experience in tax preparation, ensuring compliance and accuracy for all financial records.
• Strong audit compliance skills to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent financial analysis capabilities to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• In-depth understanding of GAAP and its application within the financial practices of the company.
• Financial Reporting (Mandatory skill) to deliver timely and accurate reports for senior management review.
• Account Reconciliation (Mandatory skill) to ensure all financial accounts are balanced and discrepancies resolved promptly.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial analysis to aid strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Manage and oversee the entire accounting cycle, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, staying updated on industry developments and compliance requirements.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering an environment for professional development.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial practices with overall business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance workflow efficiency.
