- Technical skills relevant to restaurant operations, including management of ordering systems and inventory tools.
- Must be from Brewery background.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Manage staff schedules, provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Oversee inventory management and procurement processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the restaurant.

- Analyze financial data and reports to monitor revenue and manage expenses effectively.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to curate and update menu offerings based on customer preferences.
