Job Overview

The Human Resources Manager role is a full-time, senior-level position based in Hyderabad. We are seeking an experienced HR professional in Hospitality field with a minimum of 7 to a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in talent acquisition and Payroll, the position deals with 70% Recruitment and 30% Payroll. He will be instrumental in shaping and guiding the HR practices in alignment with the company's strategic goals.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on attracting top talent and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise in payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in HRIS software to manage employee data efficiently and support decision-making processes.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies to foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Experience in implementing performance management systems to maximize employee potential and growth.
  • Knowledge of labor law compliance to ensure that all HR practices adhere to legal standards and industry regulations.
  • Skill in change management to guide the organization smoothly through transitions and transformations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner across all levels of the organization.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management practices.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Monitor and manage payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
