Job Overview

We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our Hyderabad location as Commi 1, 2, and 3. This is a full-time, mid-level position within our dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent food preparation skills are essential for this position (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in knife skills to ensure precision and speed (Mandatory skill).
• Strong cooking techniques across various cuisines (Mandatory skill).
• Understanding and adherence to food safety standards to ensure a hygienic workspace.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient work area.
• Strong teamwork ability to contribute positively in a collaborative kitchen environment.
• Effective communication skills to interact with fellow kitchen staff and management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs with food preparation and cooking duties as assigned.
• Ensure all food items are prepared to the highest standards and according to recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly.
• Manage inventory and communicate any supplies needed to the kitchen manager.
• Participate in kitchen team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new cooking techniques.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
