We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Captain Steward to join our team at Cafe in Hyderabad financial district. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to manage various tasks efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill)
• Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate the team
• Proven navigation skills, including the ability to guide customers to their seats and make them comfortable
• Ability to make quick and effective decisions under pressure
• Experience in crisis management to handle any emergencies smoothly
• Effective team management skills to ensure smooth operations
• Strong problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve issues as they arise
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the dining area, supervise food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies
• Ensure customer satisfaction through smooth operation and resolving any issues promptly
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and manage communication between the kitchen and dining area
• Manage staff scheduling, assignments, and provide training when necessary
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards within the dining area
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
