Job Profile: TeleSales

Job Description:

·        Outbound calling on leads generated or data provided by the Company

·        Boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients.

·        Budding clients to encourage visit to the the property.

·        Ensuring the follow-ups by passing leads to appropriate team members with complete profile information, sources, etc.

·        Periodic training will be provided on the latest projects and launch including the sales pitch

·        Addressing client’s uncertainties, grievances and provide suggestion on time.

Skills and Experience:

·        Candidate should have excellent communication skills.

·        High School Diploma or equivalent.

·        Prior experience as telesales or similar will be a plus.

·        Basic knowledge about real estate industry would be an add-on.
