Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Telecaller for our Real Estate division. This is a full-time, junior-level position based in Chembur, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of work experience in telecalling or a related field, and will be responsible for contacting potential customers and providing information about our real estate offerings.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing clients to inform them about our real estate products and services.
  • Answer questions about our offerings and address customer concerns effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and prospects generated through various marketing campaigns.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive information about properties, prices, availability, and terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, call volumes, and conversions.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of real estate market trends and company offerings.
