Position Overview:

As a Sourcing Manager at Propques, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring commercial properties in Lucknow to support our consulting and leasing projects. You will build relationships with asset owners, builders, brokers, and coworking operators, negotiate agreements, and ensure that we secure high-quality properties that align with our clients' business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Property Sourcing:

• Identify and evaluate potential properties suitable for coworking integration or strategic leasing projects.
• Initiate contact with property owners, builders, brokers, and coworking operators to explore collaboration opportunities.
• Conduct property inspections and due diligence to assess suitability for client needs.

1. Negotiation and Deal Closure:

• Negotiate lease terms, purchase agreements, and other property-related contracts on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure all agreements meet client and company standards.
• Close property deals that fulfill client objectives.

1. Market Analysis:

• Stay informed about the Lucknow real estate market trends, pricing, and competition.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to support client decision-making.

1. Client Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, builders, brokers, and industry professionals.
• Represent Propques and clients in a professional and positive manner.

1. Travel:

• Travel within Lucknow and occasionally to nearby cities to meet property stakeholders and conduct property inspections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field.
• Proven experience in property sourcing, real estate negotiations, or a background in commercial leasing and consulting projects.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Lucknow real estate market and its dynamics.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within Lucknow and nearby areas.
