Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Research Intern for a 15-day internship. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the real estate and co-working space industry. The intern will support our marketing team by conducting market research and providing valuable insights to help shape our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the co-working space sector.
• Gather and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, and needs.
• Assist in designing and distributing surveys to current and potential clients.
• Compile and present research findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Support the marketing team in developing strategies based on research insights.
• Monitor industry news and updates to keep the team informed of any relevant changes.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
