Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time, fixed-term employment basis at our Lucknow District location. This mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of work experience in graphic design. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with Figma for creating user-interface designs (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of visual elements like layout, typography, and color.
• Excellent creative and innovation skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
• Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines.
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop design concepts.
• Receive feedback from team members and make necessary amendments.
• Assemble final presentation material for printing as needed.
