Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a deep understanding of the co-working industry, and the ability to create and execute effective marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engage our target audience, and increase membership at our co-working center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and attract new members.
• Identify and target key audience segments, including freelancers, startups, remote teams, and small businesses.
• Content Creation:
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content for our website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and other digital platforms.
• Develop and execute content marketing campaigns, including blogs, videos, and infographics, that showcase the benefits of our co-working spaces.
• Social Media Management:
• Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media trends to enhance our online presence.
• SEO & SEM:
• Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
• Plan and execute paid search campaigns (Google Ads) to drive targeted traffic to our website and landing pages.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other tracking software.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the management team on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and areas for improvement.
• Email Marketing:
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and member communications.
• Build and segment email lists to ensure personalized and relevant communication with our audience.
• Event Promotion:
• Collaborate with the events team to promote workshops, networking events, and other activities hosted at our co-working space.
• Leverage digital channels to maximize event attendance and engagement.
• Collaboration & Partnerships:
• Work closely with the sales and community management teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and media to amplify our brand reach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the co-working, real estate, or hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
