Propques is seeking a dynamic Sales Lead Client Side to spearhead our sales initiatives, playing a pivotal role within our Sales organization. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and driven, responsible for pitching, touring, and ultimately closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage both inbound and outbound leads through various channels including cold calling/outreach, social media, networking, and events.
  • Oversee existing sales pipeline, providing regular progress reports.
  • Generate tailored deal proposals and collaborate closely with support functions such as New Member Development, Community teams, Client Solutions, Product team, Business Development team, Broker Partnerships Team, and Account Management to ensure successful closure of deals.
  • Lead and motivate a team towards achieving targets.
  • Execute the entire sales process, from qualification to move-in.
  • Formulate sales strategies to cultivate meaningful relationships with CXOs and other business leaders, facilitating the acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Demonstrate expertise in high-level negotiation and effective relationship management.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, acting as an owner to deliver results with excellence.
  • Conduct tours and showcase Center and business solutions to potential members.
  • Willingness to travel within the city for scheduled and ad-hoc tours and meetings.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal processes and communication, working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in commercial real estate sales, hospitality, service sales, or coworking space industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Experience in B2B business solutions is advantageous.
  • Background in Business Development is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a team effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to penetrate new markets.
  • Proven track record of successful individual and team-based work.
