Job Overview:

As a Centre Manager, you will be at the heart of our co-working centre, ensuring the smooth operation of the facility and delivering an exceptional experience for our members. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are enthusiastic, highly organized, and eager to embark on a booming career in the co-working industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the co-working centre.
  • Ensure the facility is well-maintained, clean, and secure.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Member Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members.
  • Address member inquiries, issues, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Organize community events, workshops, and networking activities to enhance member engagement.
  • Sales and Marketing:
  • Assist in the promotion and marketing of the co-working centre to attract new members.
  • Conduct tours and provide information to potential members.
  • Support membership sales and retention strategies.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Manage member onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of member agreements, payments, and correspondence.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and data entry.
  • Community Building:
  • Foster a vibrant and inclusive community atmosphere.
  • Connect members with relevant resources, services, and each other.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance member experience.

Requirements:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience:
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
