Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Water Purifier Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of water purifiers. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that water purification systems are installed correctly and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure water purifiers (RO, UV, etc.) at customer sites.
• Provide regular maintenance and servicing of water purifiers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with water purification systems.
• Repair and replace faulty parts, including filters, membranes, and pumps.
• Ensure timely and efficient customer service during installation and repairs.
• Maintain detailed service reports and records of completed work.
• Educate customers on proper usage and maintenance of water purifiers.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in water purifier installation and servicing (RO, UV, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Good communication skills for customer interaction.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Valid driving license (if applicable).
