Job Description:

1) Age Limit is Strictly 18 to 35 Years.

2) Minimum experience 1 to 2 years in relevant real estate field.

3) We have incentives which is around 10k to 50k minimum on monthly basis.

4) Two Wheeler and Smart Phone are Compulsory.

5) Education qualification is not a mandatory criteria.

6) Calling clients

7) Meeting clients

8) Good communication skills

9) Visiting sites / projects with client

10) Helping him in research

11) Negotiating for client with builder

12) Helping client with home loan

13) Closing sales

14) Maintaining DSR

15) Doing market research

16) Also responsible for particular project sales

17) Must have proven records of previous sales performance

Willingness to travel in specific location of Pune
