Propacity is a leading PropTech company transforming real estate through technology-driven solutions. We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead our paid marketing campaigns, drive lead generation, and optimize digital performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Plan, manage, and optimize PPC, display, social media, and retargeting campaigns to maximize lead generation and conversion.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools, ensuring high ROI.
- Run A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and improved marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new ad formats, and platform updates to enhance marketing strategies.
- Generate detailed reports with actionable insights on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the real estate or PropTech sector.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and audience segmentation.
- Knowledge of SEO, CRM, and email marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
