Job Overview

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Promo Power. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The company is looking for candidates who have less than 1 year of experience as a fresher.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through market research and cold calling
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
• Negotiate and close deals to ensure successful sales
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements
