Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (freshers are welcome)
- Proven track record in sales or customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel to meet clients
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads through market research, networking, and cold-calling
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our marketing solutions
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized marketing strategies for clients
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings
