Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Junior Tele Caller / Tele Sales professional to join our dynamic team at Promark Techsolutions Private Limited. This role, based in Mohali, is suited for individuals with 1-3 years of experience. The position is available as Contract, Contract-To-Hire, or Full-Time employment, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth in technology solutions sales.
- Qualifications and Skills Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively over the phone.
- Demonstrate a persuasive personality with strong negotiation skills to drive sales and meet targets.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in tele-calling or tele-sales within the technology sector is preferred.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously with a consistently high professional standard.
- Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software to track performance and manage customer data.
- Familiarity with audio and video equipment solutions would be advantageous.
- Team player with a proactive attitude, adaptable to changes, and capable of working independently when required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Roles and Responsibilities Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Promark’s products and technology solutions.
- Explaining product features and benefits effectively to enhance customer interest and drive sales.
- Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and other relevant information in the CRM system.
- Achieving and exceeding predefined sales targets and contributing to the growth of business revenue.
- Coordinating with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of leads and follow up on sales closures.
- Participating in training and development activities to keep up-to-date with the latest product offerings and sales techniques.
- Providing feedback to the marketing team on customer requirements and market trends to enhance promotional strategies.
