Job Description: Social Media Manager Executive
We are seeking a talented and driven Social Media Manager Executive to join our team. we require someone with a deep understanding of leveraging social media platforms to organically generate traffic, engage audiences, and drive conversions for our business. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating and executing result-driven social media strategies that align with our company's goals and vision.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies tailored to the website development industry to boost brand awareness and organic traffic.
- Research and analyze current trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to create targeted campaigns.
- Manage, plan, and publish engaging and visually appealing content across all relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
Content Creation & Management:
- Create high-quality, platform-specific content, including graphics, videos, captions, and hashtags, that resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure the visuals and messaging align with our services (e.g., website development, SEO, mobile app development).
- Schedule and maintain a content calendar for consistent posting and campaign execution.
Traffic Generation:
- Use innovative organic techniques like engaging storytelling, carousel posts, and interactive content (polls, quizzes, Q&A sessions) to drive traffic to the company website.
- Optimize social media bios, CTAs, and posts to convert followers into website visitors and potential leads.
- Track and analyze metrics such as engagement, reach, click-through rates, and website traffic driven from social platforms.
Community Engagement:
- Actively monitor and engage with comments, direct messages, and discussions to foster a strong connection with followers.
- Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders to enhance our brand's credibility.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and escalate any issues or feedback to relevant teams.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and LinkedIn Analytics to track the success of social media campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for improvement.
- Suggest and implement data-driven strategies to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing and development teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives.
- Promote services like website development, SEO, mobile app development, and hosting solutions through social media campaigns.
- Coordinate with the SEO team to align content with keyword strategies for enhanced visibility.
Staying Updated:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Experiment with new formats and features (e.g., Instagram Reels, LinkedIn articles) to maximize engagement and reach.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the IT, digital marketing, or website development industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to grow social media channels organically and generate website traffic.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong understanding of algorithms, trends, and platform-specific strategies.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills to craft engaging captions and posts.
- Knowledge of basic SEO principles and how they integrate with social media.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Basic video editing skills for creating short-form content like Reels or TikToks.
- Experience with paid ad campaigns is a plus, though this role primarily focuses on organic growth.
