  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and reliable follow-ups.
  • Identify customer requirements and present tailored IT solutions that address their unique business needs.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of IT solutions that meet client expectations.

  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to close sales and secure long-term contracts with clients.
