Job Summary
ProManage IT Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to oversee HR operations, manage floor activities, handle technical hiring, and ensure smooth payroll and expense management. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing employee attendance and leaves, optimizing office expenses, and ensuring a conducive work environment. This role demands a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and a comprehensive understanding of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Floor Management
- Oversee day-to-day floor operations to ensure a productive and professional workplace.
- Address employee concerns and ensure adherence to company policies on the floor.
- Foster a positive work environment by managing team interactions and resolving any conflicts.
- Technical Hiring
- Lead the technical recruitment process, from identifying talent needs to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top technical talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand technical requirements and ensure alignment with company standards.
- Payroll Management
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
- Attendance and Leave Management
- Monitor and manage employee attendance records.
- Approve or deny leave requests in accordance with company policies.
- Provide timely reports to management regarding attendance and leave trends.
- Office Expenses Management
- Track, manage, and optimize office expenses.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources while adhering to the budget.
- Prepare monthly expense reports and present them to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, technical hiring, payroll, and expense management.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar role within the IT industry.
- Certification in Human Resource Management (e.g., SHRM, PHR).
