Position Overview:

We are seeking an innovative and skilled Front-End Engineer/Developer to join our team. This role demands a candidate with a strong foundation in HTML and the latest front-end technologies, who can create seamless, engaging, and interactive web experiences. The ideal candidate will have expertise in transforming Figma designs into high-quality, responsive HTML, along with the creativity and proficiency to develop professional HTML designs independently when design files are not provided. The ability to incorporate smooth animations and handle project demands under tight deadlines is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- HTML Development with Modern Technologies:  

 - Build and maintain high-quality, responsive front-end solutions using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

 - Leverage modern frameworks (such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap) to streamline the development process, ensuring designs are efficient, scalable, and visually appealing across all devices.

- Figma to HTML Conversion:  

 - Accurately translate Figma and other design files into pixel-perfect HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code, maintaining design integrity and responsive adaptability.

 - Ensure that the resulting front-end code is optimized for SEO, accessibility, and performance standards.

- Animations and Interactivity:  

 - Implement interactive elements and smooth animations using CSS and JavaScript, creating engaging and intuitive user experiences.

 - Understand where animations add value to the user experience, applying them effectively without impacting performance.

- Independent HTML Design Creation:

 - - When Figma or other design files are unavailable, independently design and develop high-quality, professional HTML layouts from scratch, ensuring alignment with project requirements, branding guidelines, and incorporating deep UI/UX knowledge to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

 - Use industry best practices to ensure that designs are both visually appealing and functional.

- Collaboration & Communication:

 - Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers to create cohesive, cross-functional project solutions.

 - Actively communicate progress, challenges, and insights to the team to ensure alignment with project goals.

- Deadline Management & Problem Solving:  

 - Efficiently manage workloads and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.

 - Remain composed under pressure, demonstrating resilience and adaptability to deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.

Qualifications:

- Technical Expertise:

 - Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.

 - Familiarity with CSS frameworks (such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap) and JavaScript libraries (like jQuery) for faster development.

 - Experience with Figma-to-HTML conversions and the ability to replicate design files with accuracy and precision.

 - Knowledge of front-end animation techniques using CSS and JavaScript for a seamless user experience.

- Experience & Skills:

 - 5-7 years of experience in front-end development, with a portfolio showcasing responsive, high-quality web pages and animations.

 - Ability to design and develop professional HTML layouts independently when no design files are available.

- Soft Skills:

 - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.

 - Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall project vision.
