Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our software remains current and competitive.
• Work with Alfresco and Hyland to integrate and develop document management solutions.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.

Must-Have Skills:

• Java: Proficient in Java programming, with a strong understanding of object-oriented principles.
• Alfresco: Hands-on experience with Alfresco, including customization, configuration, and administration.
• Hyland: Proficiency in working with Hyland products, particularly OnBase, for document management and workflow automation.
• Spring Framework: Experience with Spring and Spring Boot for building enterprise applications.
• RESTful Services: Strong knowledge of developing and consuming RESTful web services.
• SQL and Databases: Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git.

Desired Skills:

• Frontend Technologies: Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Cloud Services: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Microservices: Understanding of microservices architecture and related technologies.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Testing Frameworks: Knowledge of testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito.
• DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
