Job Summary:

As a Motion Graphic Designer at PROHED, you will be responsible for conceptualizing,

designing, and producing visually stunning graphics and videos that align with our

clients' branding and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye

for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and proficiency in video editing

software.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

● Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital

media.

● Create eye-catching designs for various marketing materials, including

brochures, banners, social media posts, and advertisements.

Video Editing:

● Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished, high-quality video product.

● Incorporate visual effects, motion graphics, and other elements to

enhance video content.

● Ensure videos meet technical specifications and adhere to brand

guidelines.

Creative Conceptualization:

● Work closely with the marketing team to understand client and in house

requirements.

● Contribute innovative ideas and concepts to enhance the visual impact of

marketing campaigns.

Collaboration:

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketing

strategists, and project managers, to deliver cohesive and impactful

campaigns.

● Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine designs

and videos.

Software Proficiency:

● Utilize industry-standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative

Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphic design tasks.

● Demonstrate proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere

Pro, Final Cut Pro) for video production.

Qualifications:

● Proven 1-2 experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor.

● Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing projects.

● Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.

● Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual details.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

● Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
