Handle inbound sales lead calls in order to convert calls into sales

Develops new prospects and interacts with clients to increase overall business

Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

Skills/Experience:

Strong telephone skills are must

Excellent time management, communication (verbal and written), Customer service skills

Excellent customer service experience while selling products to North American customers

Proven track record as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role

Strong understanding of the US market dynamics and business practices
