Responsibilities:

Assist customers with their concerns through calls, emails and chats

Engaging with clients on social media

Escalating customer complaints and/or calls to your manager when necessary

Requirements:

Experience in a customer service/success, client-facing role

Excellent organizational skills and with a high level of attention to detail

12th Pass would be sufficient. NO OTHER QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
