Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Telecaller to join our team at Procucev, located in Bangalore. This full-time position requires candidates with a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The role involves engaging with our clients to enhance customer relationships and provide top-notch service. The employee will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values initiative and professional growth.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have exceptional customer relationship management skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively maintain and expand the client base.
  • Proficiency in basic data entry to accurately record and maintain customer interactions and responses.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite for preparing and organizing customer data and communications.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and conveying necessary information.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette for professional and appealing client interactions over the phone.
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently to address customer queries and provide effective solutions.
  • Active listening skills vital for understanding customer needs and requirements thoroughly during conversations.
  • Experience in cold calling to initiate and develop potential client relationships by generating interest over the phone.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Initiate communication with prospects and existing customers via phone to promote our procurement solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their procurement needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.
  • Handle customer queries and provide timely, accurate responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage daily data entry and update client databases to keep customer records up to date and accessible.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve client concerns effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate interest in our services and expand our client base.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on client communication and lead conversion strategies.
  • Assist in developing strategic approaches to communicate the benefits of our services to different client segments.
