Procucev is seeking a full-time Telecaller to join our team in Bangalore Urban. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and persuasive skills, and will play a key role in interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and offering our procurement solutions. Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to explain and promote Procucev's procurement solutions
• Respond to inbound inquiries and resolve customer issues professionally and promptly
• Engage with clients to understand their procurement needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to enhance client experience
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and inquiry targets
• Stay updated on company offerings, services, and industry developments to effectively answer client questions and handle objections
