Job Overview

The Project Manager - Commercial Construction at Procucev is an executive-level full-time role based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 30 years of experience driving strategic project initiatives within the construction sector. This position requires expertise in overseeing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in project planning with a track record of successful large-scale project completions (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in risk management to proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges (Mandatory skill).
  • Exemplary skills in stakeholder communication, ensuring transparent and effective interactions with clients and team members (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong budget management skills with the ability to create detailed financial plans and ensure adherence to project budgets.
  • Proficient in resource allocation to optimize resource use throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Commitment to quality assurance, implementing standards and procedures to maintain high-level project quality.
  • Excellent time management abilities to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving ambitious project goals.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including setting timelines and ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and create contingency plans.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Report project progress to all stakeholders, ensuring transparent and consistent communication.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by motivating team members and encouraging positive contributions.
