Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Procucev, an innovative Enterprise Digital Procurement Company. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, developing vendor relationships, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in procurement.

Qualifications and Skills

• BE/B.tech, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar procurement role
• Solid knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and best practices
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in using procurement software and tools
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet company objectives
• Identify potential vendors and evaluate their capabilities and pricing
