Job Overview

We are seeking a Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team at Procucev. As a Procurement Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our clients' procurement processes. You will have the opportunity to leverage our advanced technology and wide vendor network to ensure cost savings and best practices for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in procurement or related field.

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement process for clients, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities by analyzing procurement data and market trends.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and develop new vendor partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to maintain high quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
