Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Operations Head for Procurement to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a Senior-level, Full-Time position requiring 10 to 30 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our procurement processes and client engagements through strategic leadership and must possess strong procurement expertise.
- Qualifications and SkillsMinimum of 10 years experience in procurement and operations with a proven ability to manage complex processes effectively.
- Deep understanding of capital expenditures and operational expenditures, ensuring strategic financial planning and analysis.
- Proficiency in managing and overseeing CAPex projects, facilitating cost-effective procurement solutions.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of conveying complex procurement strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record in team handling, guiding, and mentoring procurement professionals to achieve departmental goals.
- Willingness to travel as required to engage with clients and vendors and oversee procurement operations in diverse locations.
- Client relations expertise, ensuring client satisfaction through strategic procurement solutions and effective communication.
- Must have procurement skills. (Mandatory skill)
- Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic procurement plans to improve operational effectiveness and cost efficiencies across the organization.
- Lead and manage the procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
