ü Circulation of BOQ and getting quotes from Vendors for various fit out works which includes Civil, Interior, Electrical, HVAC, CCTV, FAS and FPS, Signage, VM Elements, ·

ü Negotiating and finalizing price for several sub contract works and bought out items (CCTV , Light fixtures , Shop fixture .etc) and ensure they mobilize resources as per agreed timelines and ensure project started as per schedule. ·

ü Exploring cost savings in all categories of client’s procurement and ensure cost savings are realized. ·

ü Reviewing technical drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly by vendors while execution of works.

ü Following up with vendors for contract works and bought out works , ensure they deliver works or material as per timelines of the project. ·

ü Any changes or modifications in the drawings , updating vendors to facilitate them execute works as per modifications. ·

ü Review of Non-Tender works( Extra works) executed by vendor and provide complete cost analysis of the works executed as non-Tender and finalize the price. ·

ü As per requirement, monitoring and following up the works at site before handing over the site to client and ensure that project is handed over as per timelines agreed with client. ·
